Event Face Finder uses a small set of cookies and browser storage for account security, language, checkout, abuse protection, and optional analytics.
This MVP notice documents the current implementation. A final cookie table and regional consent review are still required before broad launch.
Strictly necessary storage
- Session cookies keep organizers signed in and protect authenticated dashboard actions.
- Locale cookies remember the selected language.
- Security and abuse-prevention state may be used for rate limiting, verification, and fraud prevention.
- Stripe checkout may set its own strictly necessary payment cookies during checkout.
Optional analytics
- PostHog analytics is used only after browser consent is granted.
- Analytics events must be product-safe and must not include selfies, private photos, embeddings, access codes, signed URLs, payment secrets, private filenames, or biometric identifiers.
- Rejecting analytics does not block event signup, upload, guest search, checkout, or privacy requests.
Changing your choice
Use the cookie banner to allow or reject analytics. You can also clear the site data in your browser to reset the choice.
